When an employee commits a blunder but genuinely did not know how to handle a situation, are you forgiving?

Jesus taught, "The one who did not know it, and committed deeds worthy of a flogging, will receive but a few" (Luke 12:48, NASB).

When a mistake occurs, no matter how big, we need to first ask ourselves, "Have we properly instructed our staff?"

Often, we are angry with ourselves for not anticipating a problem and training a colleague on how to properly handle a situation.

Taking out our personal frustration is always wrong and hurts team morale.

Your treating mistakes as learning opportunities will build up your team.
