When insulted by a customer, do you stay calm or tend to lash back?

King Solomon instructed, "A fool is quick tempered, but a wise person stays calm when insulted" (Proverbs 12:16 NLT).

Sooner or later, an angry customer will give us a blast.

Losing our temper and blasting back will lose us a customer and solve nothing.

Keep your cool, determine the facts, and look for a solution. If the customer is too hot to speak reasonably, ask them to cool down, and then you can try to resolve the issue.

Your attitude as a peacemaker will resolve problematic customer service issues and will keep customers coming back.
